Our coating is made from a high density thermo-plastic polyolefin. This state of the art coating will not mar, chip, crack or peel like other thermos-plastic. Our coating has the highest bond rating of any thermo-plastic coating on the market, which means it is nearly impossible to remove from the steel once it has been applied. Our coating doesn’t have any drips or runs, and has a completely smooth high gloss surface. The smooth non-porous surface means that dirt and water cannot get trapped in the pits and cracks that other coatings, such as plastisol or textured polyethylene, has and creates mold, mildew and fungus. Our coating meets and/or exceeds a 90% gloss finish and has the best defense against UV rays. This causes it to have superior fade resistance compared to all other thermos-plastics.
